Our team continues to investigate the network issue affecting one of the newly provisioned Dublin, IE servers.
We have identified the affected server and are working through the remaining network configuration and connectivity checks. The team is actively working to restore normal operation and will provide another update as soon as we have further information.

Following the maintenance for the Dublin, IE servers, we identified an issue with one of the new servers experiencing a network problem. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. The migration of our Dublin, IE monitoring servers to the new hosting platform has been scheduled to October 5, 2026. As part of this migration, the IP addresses of the Dublin monitoring servers will change. Once the migration is completed, monitoring traffic from these servers will originate from the following new IP addresses:
46.22.143.201 46.22.143.115 46.22.143.111
Scheduled Maintenance Window: October 5, 2026 UTC: 13:30 – 16:30 UTC Duration: 3 hours
If your monitored endpoints require IP whitelisting, please ensure that the new IP addresses listed above are added to your allowlists before the scheduled maintenance window to avoid any monitoring interruptions. During the migration, monitoring traffic from the Dublin servers may be temporarily affected while the servers are migrated to the new hosting platform.
